Expanding floss, also known as "puffy floss," is a type of dental floss designed to expand in the mouth.
Nimbus® textured fibers have been uniquely coated and compressed to comfortably slide into the spaces between teeth and gums. The fibers “puff out” as they come in contact with the mouth’s natural moisture and expand in the gaps between teeth. This allows the Nimbus® Expanding Floss to cover more surface area between the teeth, effectively removing more plaque and food particles compared to traditional floss.
